My reply, “So let me get this straight. I’m in bed with a naked girl and you think I’m going to leave?”
Yes, the long bitter Southern California winter is over. The flowers are starting to bloom
(I’m no flowerologist, but I’m pretty sure that’s either a Nasturtium or a Daffodil, I always get those confused)
It’s pushing 80 degrees out at 10AM. The birds are chirping or whatever it is birds do. People are swimming. Thank god. I don’t know if I could have taken the frozen 60s much longer.
The MacBook Air arrived yesterday. I’m afraid it’s going to fall down in between the couch cushions or blow away when the windows are open. The thinness you can get from pictures, what you don’t get so much until you hold it is how light it is. It’s pretty spectacular for a simple mostly-web-browsing laptop.
